ORDER:
This revision petition is filed challenging the order dated05.09.2013 passed by the V Additional District Judge, Karimnagar inC.M.A.No.12 of 2012 whereby the learned District Judge dismissedI.A.No.791 of 2012 in O.S.No.149 of 2012 dated 25.02.2013 passed bythe Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counselfor the revision petitioner submitted that till disposal of O.S.No.149 of2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla, both parties may bedirected to maintain status quo.
Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that constructionhas already been completed. He, therefore, undertakes not to alienatethe property to any third parties till the disposal of the suit.
Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel, theparties are directed to maintain status quo as on today till the disposalof O.S.No.149 of 2012, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla. The learned Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla is directed to dispose of thesuit within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition, shall stand closed.
