2. The petitioner [herein ][is ][claiming ][that ][he ][is the ][owner of land]admeasuring [Ac.4-00 ][gunta ][in ][Sy'No ][190/38' ][situated ][at]ChandanavelliVillage,ShabadMandal,ChevellaDivision'RangaDistrict. [In ][proof ][of ][the ][same, ][the ][petitioner ][has filed ][copy ][of]Reddy 1-B certificate and [aiso ][Adangai/Pahani ][dated ][27 ]['lO'2O77 ][']to the [petitioner, ][the ][compensation was ][paid ][only ][to ][an]According extent of land admeasuring [Ac.3-00 ][gunta ][instead ][of ][Ac'4-00]gunta. According to him, [he has ][submitted ][a ][representation ][dated]O3.O}.2O2O to the fourth [respondent ][with ][a ][request ][to ][pay ][the]for the [balance ][extent of ][land ][admeasuring Ac'1-00]compensation gunta. Despite receiving and [acknowledging ][the ][said ][representation]dated 03.09.2O2O, [the ][fourth ][respondent did ][not ][consider and ][pass]any orders thereon.
3. On the other hand, Sri A.Sanjeev Kumar, learned SpecialGovernment Pleader, on instructions, would submit that thepetitioner has submitted representation to the fourth respondent,who is no way concerned with the land acquisition proceedings andthe representation has to be submitted to the third respondent.He would further submit that if the [petitioner ]submits [fresh]representation before the third [respondent, ][he ][will ][consider ][the]same and pass appropriate [orders ][in ][accordance ][with ][law']
