JUDGMENT(Per Sri B.Prakash Rao, J)

Heard both sides and at their request, the main appeal itself is taken upfor disposal.

This appeal is sought to be filed as against thead-interim orders passed by the learned single Judge.

Though it is stated on behalf of the appellants that counter affidavit isfiled, however, it was filed much latter to the interim orders passed. Noapplication was filed for vacating the stay orders passed by the learned singleJudge. Therefore, we do not find any justification to go into the same.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed leaving open to the appellantsto file appropriate application for vacating the stay orders passed by thelearned single Judge. No costs.
