Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased toissue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature ofWrit of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the impugnednotice dated 08.01.2009 demanding to pay advertisement fee without disposing therepresentation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2007 as arbitrary and illegal, andconsequently set aside the same; The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and theaffidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI C.
