ORDER:
1. This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedingsagainst the petitioner/Al in Crime No.436 of 2019 ofP.S.Begumpet, Hyderabad for the offences under Sections 448 &379 of IPC.
2. Briefly, the facts of the case are that the petitioner is thetenant of the 2"d respondent wife's property. Disputes arose ir1between them and they have approached the Court. The petitionelwas asked to vacate the premises.
3. The 2.a respondent filed complaint stating that the propertywas subjected to theft by this petitioner. At the same time, thepetitioner also hled complaint alleging theft of his articles/material.4. Admittedly, disputes in between the petitioner and the 2narespondent, one alleging theft committed by the other. The theftcomplaints are entertained and two crimes are registered. Thepetitioner's complaint was registered as Crime No.435 of 2O19 and2"d respondent's complaint was registered as Crime No.436 of2019.

5. In the said situation, the allegations [made ][against]oneanother of theft, this Court deems it [appropriate ][to ][direct the ][police]to conclude investigation taking into [consideration ][the]representation of both [parties. ]Further, [the ][police ][are ][directed ][not]to take any coercive steps against [the petitioner.]
6. Accordingly, the Criminal [Petition ][is]disposed off.Consequently, miscellaneous applications, [if ][any, shall ][stand]closed.
