O r d e r:
The members of the petitioner-Association were granted housesite pattas in the year 1985 on condition that they should constructhouses immediately. However, on the ground that the members of thepetitioner-Association did not construct houses, and sought toraise/raised constructions at a later stage, and thereby violated theconditions of assignment, respondent No.2, issued orders dated19.02.2001 directing the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Yemmagnur, totake action to demolish the unauthorized construction. Assailing thesaid order, the petitioner-Association filed the present writ petition.
This Court by order dated 30.03.2001, while admitting the writpetition, granted interim stay of the impugned order of respondentNo.2.
Neither the petitioner nor his counsel are present, nor is thereany representation made on their behalf. The learned AssistantGovernment Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of therespondents, produced letter dated 18.12.2007, addressed byrespondent No.2, namely Tahsildar, Yemmiganur, stating that on therepresentation made by the members of the petitioner-Association, hehas granted three months time for construction of house sites i.e. till01.01.2008.
In view of the above letter, no further orders need be passed inthe writ petition, and the same is accordingly closed.
