O R D E R :
By the order under revision the Court below dismissedI.A.No.1021 of 2012 in F.C.O.P.No.1411 of 2010 filed by the revisionpetitioner seeking custody of the minor children.
Though the order under revision is assailed on variousgrounds, it is brought to my notice by the petitioner who appeared inperson, that the main O.P.No.1411 of 2010 was disposed of by theCourt below after filing this revision petition.
Under the circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication onmerits, and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed asinfructuous. No costs.
Consequentially, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in thecivil revision petition, shall stand closed.
