ORDER:
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24C.P.C. to transfer O.P.No.1086 of 2012 on the file of Judge, Family Court,L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District (OP) to the file of Judge, Family Court,Vijayawada, for disposal as per law.
The petitioner and the respondent are wife and husband.
The petitioner filed M.C.No.224 of 2012 on the file of Judge, Family Court,Vijayawada against the respondent seeking maintenance from him whereasthe respondent filed the OP against the petitioner for restitution of theirconjugal rights.
Heard both the counsel.
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that thepetitioner is staying with her old aged parents at Vijayawada. She is depending on her parents and has no source of income and evenotherwise as she is a lady it is very difficult for her to travel to
L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, which is far away from Vijayawada, toattend the proceedings in the O.P. by reason of which the OP may betransferred as prayed for.
I am satisfied with the pleas taken on behalf of the petitioner.
In the circumstances of the case, the Transfer Civil MiscellaneousPetition is allowed transferring the O.P.No.1086 of 2012 on the file of Judge,Family Court, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District to the file of Judge, FamilyCourt, Vijayawada, for disposal as per law. Miscellaneous petitionspending, if any, shall stand closed.
