O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus declaringthe action of the respondents in not taking up investigation in Cr.No.436 of2008 dated 6.11.2008 on the file of Subedari Police Station,Hanamkonda, Warangal District, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to theprovisions of Sections 157 and 158 of the Code of Criminal Procedure;consequently, to direct the respondents to investigate into the matterpursuant to the representation dated 3.12.2008.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that he madea complaint and though it was registered as Cr.No.436 of 2008 on6.11.2008 on the file of Subedari Police Station, Hanamkonda, WarangalDistrict, the same is not taken up for investigation.

There is no necessity of going into all the details. It issuffice to direct the 2[nd] respondent to take appropriate action, inCr.No.436 of 2008, duly investigating the crime, as per law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as tocosts.
