O R D E R :
The petitioner herein filed F.C.O.P. No.1411/2010 before theAdditional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, against therespondent herein seeking custody of the minor children. Pending thesaid O.P. the petitioner filed I.A.No.285/2012 for interim custody ofthe children, and the same was dismissed by the Court below. Thereafter the petitioner filed I.A. No.1022/2012 alleging that therespondent herein in her counter to I.A. No.285/2012 made falsestatements and therefore she is liable to be punished for committingperjury. The said application was dismissed by the Court below byorder dated 11.03.2013, and aggrieved by the same the presentrevision petition is filed.
I have heard the petitioner who appeared in person andperused the material available on record. Having regard to theadmitted fact that against the order in I.A.No.285 of 2012 thepetitioner filed C.R.P.No.2273 of 2012 and that the same wasdismissed by this Court, the Court below did not accept the allegationof perjury and held that the petition is frivolous. The said order whichdoes not suffer from any error of fact or law, in my considered opinionwarrants no interference on any ground whatsoever.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
No costs.
Consequentially, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in theCivil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
