Denial of consideration by the respondent to the appellant’scandidature for appointment as retail outlet dealer for Engilibanda BusStop towards Tadipatri area on the ground of omission of the petitionerto enclose the educational qualification proof was the cause urged tosustain the writ petition. The writ petition was disposed of with adirection to the competent authority to verify the petitioner’s claim witha further direction to accord consideration to him in case certificatesare found on the record. The order takes due care of the grievance ofthe petitioner, yet this writ appeal notwithstanding the fact that theorder was passed by the writ court with the consent of learned counselfor the parties. Dismissed.
