WRIT APPEAL No. 688 OF 2015ANDWRIT PETITION No.20414 OF 2015
PC:(per the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale)
Sri Sri Ram, learned counsel for the respondent-institution/college and writ petitioner in W.P.No.20414 of 2015, oninstructions, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition itself. He madesuch prayer since no students under convener quota or managementquota are admitted for academic year 2015-2016.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn and as a consequencethereof, W.A.No.688 of 2015 is also disposed of. It is needless tomention that the order impugned in the writ appeal renders ineffectiveinsofar as the respondent institution/college is concerned.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
