Writ Petition No.21064 of_2008
This Writ Petition was earlier listed for hearing on 29-12-2009. On the said date, as there was no representationon behalf of the petitioners, it was directed to be listed on30-12-2009 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. On 30-12-2009 also, as there was no representation, the matter wasadjourned to today. Even today, when the matter is called,there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, interim order granted by this Court on25-09-2008, stands vacated.
