ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filedby the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking to quash theproceedings in Crime No.3BB of 2020 on the File ofGodavarikhani I Town Police Station, Peddapalli, registered forthe offences punishable under Section 498-A read with Section34 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/AccusedNos.1 to 4, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representingthe respondent No.1-State and perused the record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners/A.l to A.4 wouldsubmit that the marriage between the respondent No.2lde factocomplainant and the petitioner No.1 was performed on22.02.2077 in the presence of elders and thereafter, the de factocomplainant begotten a female child on 28.03.2019. There is nodemand of dowry or harassment as alleged in the complaintdated 12.10.2020 with regard to the petitioner No.1 usingfallopian tube malafidely. The report dated 12.10.2020 waslodged with the police only to harass the petitioners/accused andit does not make out a cognizable case to register the FirstInformation Report for the offences under Section 498-A r/w 34IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act. The de facto complainant herselfmade complaint to the Telangana Medical Council againstSingareni Area Hospital, regarding absence of one fallopian tube and to overcome that [complaint, ][she ][foisted ][this ][false ][case]the [petitioners/A.1 ][to ][A.4 and ][ultimately ][prayed ][to ][quash]against the [proceedings][ against ][the ][petitioners/A.1 ][to ][A.4 ][in ][Crime]No.3BB of [2020]on the file of [Godavrikhani ][I ][Town ][PS,]which [was ][registered ][for the ][offences ][punishable]Peddapalli, under Section [498-A ][r/w ][34 ][IPC ][and ][Section ][4 of D'P' ][Act']

On the other [hand, ][the ][learned ][Additional ][Public]Prosecutor for the [State would ][submit ][that ][the ][contents ][in ][the]report dated t2.tO.2O2O [reveals ][the ][commission ][of ][offence by ][all]theaccused.TheSHO,GodavarikhanilTownPS,isjustifiedinregistering the subject [First ][Information Report against ][the]petitioners/A.1 to A.4 and [ultimately prayed ][to ][dismiss ][the]criminal [petition.]

On [perusal ]of the [report dated 12'10'2020 ][lodged ][by ][the]respondent No.2/de [facto ][complainant, reveals ][that ][marriage]betweenthedefactocompldnantandthepetltioner/AccusedNo.1 was [performed ][on ][22.02'20t7 ][in ][the ][presence ][of ][elders ][of]both sides and an [amount ][of ][Rs.14 ][lakhs, ][2 ][tolas ][of ][gold ][and]other articles [were given ][in ][marriage ][to ][petitioner/A' ][1, ][who ][is]working as Lineman(Karwan). [After ][the ][marriage, ][both]petitioner/A.1 and the respondent [No'Z/de ][facto ][complainant]lived happily for [sometime ][and ][they ][begotten ][girl ][child ][on]28.03.2019. The [specific allegation ][made ][in the ][report ][dated]L2.1.0.2020 [is ][that ][in ][the ][guise ][of ][de facto complainant begetting]girl child, all the [petitioners/accused, harassed ][the de ][facto]There [is ][also ][specific mention against ][that ][the]complainant.

So there are no grounds to quash the proceedingsagainst the petitioners/A. 1 to A.4, as prayed for. This Criminalfaltered. So there are no grounds to quash the proceedingsagainst the petitioners/A. 1 to A.4, as prayed for. This CriminalPetition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed.
