ORDER:
This Contempt Case is Iiled invoking the provisions underSection 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish therespondent for gross violation of the orders of this Court passedin W.P.No.12678 of 2011, dated 30.06.2015.
2. Heard Ms Darakshan Begzad, Iearned counselrepresenting Sri Shaik Jilani, Iearned counsel for the petitionersand learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenueappearing on behalf of the respondent
3. This Court while disposing the Writ Petition on30.06.2015 directed the respondent No.6 in the Writ Petition toconsider the representation dated 24.02.2011 made by thepetitioners and pass orders in accordance with law within aperiod of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
4. Counter afhdavit is hled by the respondent whereinit is stated that pursuant to the orders of this court inW.P.No.12678 of 201 1, dated 30.06.2015, the respondentconsidered the representation of the petitioner and issuedspeaking order vide memo No.C/87312016, dated 2O.O7.2016
