THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAOCRIMINAL PETITION No.15422 of 2013

ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioners herein in the event of theirarrest by the police of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners hereinand the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State.

Earlier this Court refused to grant anticipatory bail to thepetitioners herein on the ground that no crime is registered againstthem and their apprehension that they would be arrested in connectionwith a case registered under Section 498-A of IPC is unfounded. I findno changed circumstances to grant anticipatory bail to the petitionersherein.

Accordingly the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
