WRIT PETITION No. 11187 OF 1985

ORDER:(Per Hon’ble Sri Bilal Nazki, J)

Nobody appears. This writ petition was filed in public interest inthe year 1985. Increase in house tax by issuing various GovernmentOrders, is challenged in this writ petition. We are not sure whetherthose Government Orders are now in force or not, because severalrevisions had taken place in the last twenty years. The writ petition isaccordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
