ORDER:
CRIMINAL PETITION No.11115 OF 2009
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner, accused No.2, seeking to quash the FIR against him inCrime No.271 of 2009 of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Cyberabad,registered for the offence under Section 3(1)(x) of the ScheduledCastes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. Heard.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that investigation and consequential steps on the basis ofresult of the investigation shall go on, but the petitioner shall not be arrested till filing of charge sheet, if any.
4. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
