The President of Andhra Pradesh Rythu Coolie Sangam filed thiswrit petition complaining illegal detention of one R.Mohan Reddy @Prasadanna, Ex.Secretary of C.I.P. (ML) State Committee.
The counter affidavit filed by the first respondent discloses that inexecution of Non-Bailable Warrants pending against the alleged detenusince from 17.12.1997 issued by the District and Sessions Judge,Warangal in connection with Crime No.10 of 1987 on the file of Mulugu(Pasra) Police Station, Warangal, he was arrested on 20.12.2008,produced before the District and Sessions Judge, Warangal and wasremanded to judicial custody.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the avermentsof the counter affidavit and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw theWrit Petition.
Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordinglydismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
