ORDER:

Heard.

2. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking action against the illegal construction, without any sanction being carried out in premises bearing No. 17-7-844 to 846, Brahmanwadi, Yakutpura, Hyderabad, by respondent No.4, as illegal, arbitrary, capricious and in violation of the principles of natural justice and fundamental rights which the Constitution guarantees contained in Articles 14,19 and Article 300 A of the Constitution of India.

3. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the notice dated 10.10.2018, issued through the advocate of the petitioner, may be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest. The same is not opposed by Sri P.Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

4. Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to deal with the notice dated 10.10.2018, made by the petitioner through his advocate seeking information under Section 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, in accordance with law, as early as possible.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
