ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code ofCriminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner-Accused No.1 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.450of 2020 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Saroor NagarPolice Station, Rachakonda. The offences alleged against him areunder Sections 420, 497 of IPC and Section 67 of I.T.A Act, 2008.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learnedAdditional Public Prcsecutor for the respondent No.1 - State.Perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that thecomplaint was registered way back on 20.06.2020 except statingthat the respondent No.2/complainant was suspecting the petitioner,there is no other allegation or evidence to substantiate any of theallegations either under Sections 420, 506 of IPC or under Section67 of I.T.A Act. He further submits that except accused Nos.1 and 2,all the proceedings against other accused are already quashed. Onthe other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that tilldate the investigation revealed that the [petitioner ]was complicit andsending certain objectionable videos. In view of the [pendency ]of the

investigation, [whether ][cheating ][or ][other offences are ][made ][out ][shall]be decided during [course ][of ][investigation' ][At ][present ][there are ][no]grouMs to stall investigation.
4. Accordingly, [the ][Criminal ][Petition ][is ][dismissed' However' ][the]No.l [is ][at ][liberty ][to ][move ][this ][Court ][in ][case ][if]petitioner/Accused charge sheet [is ][filed.]
