Petitioncr fuflher conLends that ou rcceiving the aloresaid notice, petitioner had submitted a reply daLed22-ll-2023 enclosingtherewith copy o{'the sale deed under rvhich she has purchased thesubject plot and also copy of thc dccr.cc and.iudgment in O.S.No. lgof 1997 as well as copy ol' the judgrncnr in rhe appeal bcingA.S.No.45 ol-200 I
7. l)etitioncr lufther. contends thar by the atbrcsaid explanationsubrnitted by her, it is also stated that the construction rnade bv hercannot bc tcrrncd as illegal.

Per cofira. learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalfolrespondenl No.2 submits that while thc petitioner is claiming tohave obtained permission under Scction 174( I the Act and) ol undcr [-I-S-bPASS ]Acr, 2020 for consrrucrion ol an individualbuitding in 62 sq. yards, it is not clear whether the said permission
had attained the status [of'decmed approval ][orl account ][of ][failure to]cause post-veri fi catiorr.
