ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner M. Nagendra, accused, seeking to quash theproceedings against him in Crime No.123 of 2008 of One Town PoliceStation, Ananthapur, registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC.
2. Heard.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of collecting moneyfrom the de facto complainant A. Sami Reddy, respondent No.2 herein, for providing job and ultimately failed to do so.
4. Considering the nature of offence, though the de factocomplainant is willing for quashing the proceedings against thepetitioner, it is not at all a fit case for quashing. Hence, I see no groundto entertain this petition.
5. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed at theadmission stage itself.
