Heard Sri G.Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitionerand the learned Public Prosecutor.
2. A perusal of the FIR would show that the allegations madeagainst the petitioner are of forging signatures of the RevenueDivisional Officer concerned and creating certain documents. Theallegations in the FIR do disclose the offences and the matter ispending investigation. In the circumstances, it follows that it is not afit case for interference under section 482 Cr.P.C.
3. Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
