ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed toquash the proceedings in C.C.No.5 of 2008 on the file of the JudicialMagistrate of First Class, Vinukonda.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioners herein are the accused in the above CalendarCase. Calendar Case is of the year 2008. The present criminalpetition is filed after lapse of four years to quash the proceedings in theabove Calendar Case. The petitioners have not approached this Courtwithin the reasonable time. Hence, there are no grounds to quash theproceedings.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed directing the trialCourt to dispose of aforementioned Calendar Case within a period ofsix (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shallstand closed.
