ORDER:
Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.79 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, the present criminal petition is filed.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
