Vinod Reddy, learned StandingCounsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution CorporationLimited, appearing for respondents 2 to 4 and Sri N. Ashok Kumar,leamed Counsel appearing for respondent No.5.
It is stated by learned Counsel appearing foi the petitioner aswell as Sri R. Vinod Reddy, leamed Standing Counsel appearing forrespondent Nos.2 to 4 that the issue in this Writ petition is covered bythe order of this Court dated 23.03.2018 in W.p. No.9789 of 201g.
Therefore for reasons alike, this Writ [petition ]is also disposedof with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply toof with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply tothe premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the termsand conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce theoccupancy certificate from the concemed Municipal Corporationwithin a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certificate iswithin a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certificate isproduced within such period, it is open to the respondents to takeappropriate action in accordance with law. There shall be no order asto costs.to costs.
