ORDER:
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of therespondent in threatening to remove the ground based and roof toptowers erected by the petitioners in pursuance of notices bearingRoc.No.1275/09/G1, dated 21.12.2009 and Roc.No.1275/09/G1, dated19.12.2009.
2. Now it is represented by the learned counsel for thepetitioners that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by anorder of the Division Bench of this Court in WP No.14145 of 2009dated 02.01.2013.
3. In terms of the said order, this writ petition is also disposed of.Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition shall standdismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
