ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/AccusedNos.1, 3 to 5 to quash the proceedings in FIR No.161 of 2012,dated 14.10.2012 on the file of the Nellore III Town PoliceStation, registered for the offences punishable under Sections500 and 506 read with 34 IPC.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted thatafter completion of the investigation, the Station House Officer,Nellore III Town Police Station filed the charge sheet ascontemplated under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
3. In view of the said submission, no orders are required tobe passed in this Criminal Petition and the same is dismisseda s infructous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in thisCriminal Petition shall stand closed.
