3. As stated supra, the aforesaid suit filed by the petitioner
seeking declaration of title is pending and interim order is alsosubsisting as on today. Therefore, considering the said facts, this WritPetition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider therepresentation dated 28.10.2022 submitted by the petitioner and alsoorder in I.A.No.707 of 2020 in O.S.No.147 of 2020 passed byaforesaid Court and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in theWrit Petition shall stand closed.
