ORDER:
1. Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that arepending against the petitioner in S.T.C.No.9O of 2014, onthe Iile of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate ofFirst Class, Karimnagar, the present Criminal Petition isfiled.
2. Sri K. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel representingSri D. Krishna Murthy, learned counsel on record for thepetitioner, is present.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on writteninstructions, submits that the case ended in acquittalbefore the trial Court and thus, the Criminal Petition hasbecome infructuous.
4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petitionis dismissed.
5. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
