ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the action of therespondents in not appointing the petitioner as Sub Engineer byappointment on transfer, in spite of the fact that he acquired the requisitequalification in December, 2005 itself is arbitrary and illegal.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as SriP.R.Balarami Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for therespondents.
As could be seen from the material on record, the petitioner madea detailed representation dated 10.12.2007 ventilating his grievancesand the same is yet to be considered by the respondents.
In the circumstances, though I am not inclined to go into the meritsof the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with adirection to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representationdated 10.12.2007 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law,as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeksfrom the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
