Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased topass an order or direction or Writ Under Article of 226 of the Constitution of India,more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Manadamus declaring the action of the2nd Respondent in issuing the proceedings in No.B7/8622/90, dt.27.9.1994cancelling the Caste Certificate of the petitioner issued by the then Tahsildar,chennur Mandal,as bad illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural Justice andalso violative of the orders issued by the Government.
