COMMON ORDER:
Since the subject matter of these two revisions is one and thesame, they are taken up for disposal together.
Admittedly the cases in A.T.C.Nos.5 of 2002 and 20 of 2002 arepending on the file of the Special Official under A.P. Tenancy Act-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, which isthe designated Court. In view of the same, the lower Court refused toexercise any powers to transfer those cases under Section 24 ofC.P.C.
Having regard to the reasoning given by the lower Court in theimpugned orders, which is perfectly valid, I do not find any grounds towarrant interference with the same.
Therefore, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed.
No order as to costs.
