ORDER:
1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash theproceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in Cr.No.151 of 2013 on the fileof Women Police Station, Cyberabad.
2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated28.12.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Courtunder the caption ‘for withdrawal’ and a submission to that effect hasalso been made in the Court today. Permission is accorded.
3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this CriminalPetition, if any, shall stand closed.
