Ileard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.VinodReddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. Ito 4. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondcntsare not providing electrical service connection/ meter in respect ofPlot No.08, admeasuring 484 square yards, in Survey No. I 007Plot No.08, admeasuring 484 square yards, in Survey No. I 007situated at Century Hills, Kukatpally Revenue Village, BalanagarMandal, Ranga Reddy District, within the limits of KukatpallyCi rcle.Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, within the limits of KukatpallyCi rcle.

Conclusion

Sri lt. Vinod Ileddy, the learned Standing Counsel, oninstructions, submits that if thc pctitioner files an applicationafresh, the same would be processcd and necessary orders wouldbe passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition isdisposed of with a direction to rhe petitioner to file an applicationafresh for providing electricity service connection to the subjectpbt within a period of onc wcek lrom the date of receipt of a copyol this order.
