ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the action of therespondents in allowing the other notary advocates to practice within theSomajiguda area in Hyderabad as arbitrary and illegal.

As could be seen from the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, thepetitioner was granted permission to practice as Notary on 11.09.2000 initially for aperiod of 3 years and it appears that the same was renewed for a further period of 5years. Thus it is clear that even the period of renewal is expired in the year 2008 itself.

Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly theWrit Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
