ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of th.e Constitution ofIndia, is hled seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 innot conducting investigation in Crime No.133 of 2023, dated16.06.2023 on the hle of Ramannapet Police Station,Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offencespunishable undcr Sections 447 an-d 427 read with 34 I.P.C., asarbilrary, illegal and consequently to direct respondent No.2 toconduct investigation in the aforesaid crime.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learnedAssistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for therespondents and perused the record.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he is thecomplainant in Crime No. I33 of 2023, d,ated 16.06.2023,registered for the offences punishabie under Sections 447 ard427 read with 34 tPC.
4 . Learned counsel for the petitioner would submitthat though complaint was registered on 16.06.2023, so farrespondent No.2 has not conducted investigation much Iessfiled charge shcet bcfore the Court concerned.
