WRIT PETITION No.27359 of 2005

The petitioner claims that he owns along with his family members land admeasuringAcs.1.36 gts., in survey Nos.48 and 49 situated at Gachibouli. It appears, he gave arepresentation to the first respondent requesting to survey and demarcate the land.Acting on the same, the second respondent issued a notice requiring the petitionerand others to be present at the site on 21.12.2005. But, when the petitioner andothers were present, no survey was conducted and therefore, the petitioner filed thepresent writ petition, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondents to survey anddemarcate the land of the petitioner referred to herein above.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner reiterated the submissions raised in the affidavitaccompanying the writ petition. The learned Assistant Government Pleader forRevenue (General), after getting instructions, submits that the survey anddemarcation work would be completed within a period of one month from today.
