ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction moreparticularly one in the nature of writ ofMandamus declaring the inertia/inaction of theofficial respondents 1 to 3 in exercising their powersand jurisdiction under the Andhra Pradesh AssignedLand (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 9 of 1977 on theapplications filed by the petitioner on 09-09-2010 and 01-10-2010 under Sections 3 & 4 of A.P.Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 9 of 1977seeking cancellation of D-Form Pattas and the pattadarpass books granted behind the back of the petitioner infavour of the unofficial respondents in respect of theland admeasuring Acs.6.52 cents in R.S.Nos.139/2 and140/1 of Venkatapuram, Chintalapudi Mandal, WestGodavari District as illegal, arbitrary and against themandate of provisions of A.P. Assigned Land(Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 9 of 1977.”

At the hearing, Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, thelearned counsel for the petitioner, requested forpermission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Tothat effect, he addressed letter, dated 27.12.2013, to theRegistry.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed aswithdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition,W.P.M.P.No.1602 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
