COMMON JUDGMENT:(Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu)
It is submitted by learned Government Pleader for Appealsappearing for the appellants as well as the learned counsel appearingfor the respondents that the question, which falls for consideration inthese appeals, is squarely covered by an earlier common judgment,dated 21.11.2013, passed by this Court in L.A.A.S.No.1 of 2010 andbatch, whereunder the compensation for the lands of Category-I wasreduced from Rs.1,90,000/- to Rs.1,70,000/- per acre and for the landsof Category-II, it was reduced from Rs.1,80,000/- to Rs.1,70,000/- peracre, while confirming the compensation in respect of the lands ofCategories-III and IV.
In view of the said submission, the Land Acquisition AppealSuits are partly allowed following the aforesaid judgment and for thereasons recorded therein. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these LandAcquisition Appeal Suits shall stand closed.
