Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that inthe circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will bepleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more in the natureof Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not initiating any action against the 3rd Respondent in spite of finding thatthe 3rd respondent has misappropriated the public funds as waspublished in Vartha Telugu Daily dated 6-9-04 even after representing toinitiate action against the 3rd respondent, illegal, arbitrary, and against toall cannons of justice and law, consequently direct the respondents 1 and2 to initiate action against the 3rd respondent herein pursuant to therepresentation of the petitioner forthwith, and pass such other order ororders or as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the caseand in the interests of justice.
