WRIT PETITION No.27091 of 2005
The petitioner was allegedly granted ‘D’ Form patta in respect of the landadmeasuring Ac.0.52 cents comprised in Survey No.616/7 situated at PidimgoyyiVillage, East Godavari District. He made a representation to the second respondenton 24.05.2005 requesting to conduct survey and fix the boundaries of the landproperly, in vain. Therefore, he filed the present writ petition.
After getting instructions in the matter, the learned Assistant Government Pleader forRevenue (General) submits that as the petitioner did not pay the requisite feesprescribed for conducting survey, the respondents could not take any action thereon.
Therefore, instead of keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is disposedof giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent, ascertain theactual amount payable for conducting survey, and thereafter, it shall be open to thesecond respondent to conduct survey as requested by the petitioner.
The writ petition, with the above observation and direction, is disposed of. No costs.
