WRIT PETITION No. 40401 of 2014

ORDER:(Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of HabeasCorpus.

It appears that it is absolutely a family dispute, namely, the claimand rival claim of the petitioner and the 5[th] respondent with regard totheir children, and it is not a case of detention at all.

We therefore dismiss the writ petition. However, liberty is givento the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised. Noorder as to costs.
