Order:
This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents toconsider the case of the petitioner, who has been working in therespondent-Organization as Contract Labour, by giving preference overothers for the post of Junior Lineman on contract basis duly exemptingfrom the qualification of ITI Electrical/Wireman Trade/IntermediateVocational Course in Electrical Trade and also by relaxing the maximumage limit for the period he worked in the respondent-Organization.
When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by thelearned counsel for the petitioner and admitted to by the learnedStanding Counsel for the respondents-Organization that the subjectmatter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court,passed in W.P. No. 22579 of 2006 and in W.P.
No. 22580 of 2006, dated 01.11.2006, wherein this Court consideredsimilar issues and disposed of the said writ petitions.
Following the same, this writ petition is also disposed of on thesame terms. No costs.
