Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased toissue an Appropriate Writ, Order or Direction declaring the action of the respondentsherein in seizing the unit of the petitioner under Sec.29 of the S.F.C. Act andbringing it to sale by notification dated 10.2.1997 is arbitrary, illegal, unjust and issuea consequential direction to the respondents to the respondents not to proceed withthe same and further direct the respondents herein to release the balance loanamount sanctioned on 18.6.1991 and re-schedule the same.
