And whereas the High Court upon perusing the Appeal andMemorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of thePublic Prosecutor, for the Appellant, directed the Registry to issue warrantsunder Section 390 of Cr.P.C. against the Respondents for their arrest andproduction before this Court; You viz; The Superintendent of Police, Ananthapur District at Ananthapur are hereby directed to arrest the said Accused/Respondents namely; 1.Madireddy Pratap Reddy S/o Veerareddy, 2. Makireddy Adinarayana @Adinarayana Reddy @ Adi, S/o Chinna Narapareddy, 3. Makireddy SekharReddy S/o Makireddy, 4. Makireddy Sreeramulu @ Sree Ramireddy S/oVenkata Ramudu, 5. Ponna Chowdi Reddy S/o Chinna Subbareddy, 6. KotaBhaskar Reddy @ Tailor Bhaskar Reddy, 7. Koperla Gopal Reddy S/oSunkireddy, 8. Ponna Pratap Reddy S/o Chowdireddy, 9. Malpati KondaReddy S/o Ramireddy (All are of Dimmagudi (V), Pedda Vadugur Mandal)wherever they are found and produce them bodily under safe custody andconduct before this Court.

You are further directed to execute the Warrant without fail and toreturn the same as early as possible to this Court with a detailed reportstating the manner in which it has been executed.
