When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of thisCourt by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identicalcircumstances, this Court disposed of W.p.No.26340 of 2O1Z byway of an order, dated 0g.08.2017, and a copy of the same isplaced on record along with the writ petition as a material paper. Itis a fact that the said writ petition was disposed of by following theearlier order, dated I3.O2.2O|Z, of this Court in W.p.M.p.No.3O57of 2Ol7 in W.P.No.2608 oI 2OlZ. The operative portion of the saidorder reads as under:
