2At the time of arguments, the learned Additional PublicProsecutor submitted that by the time of filing of the present petition,the vehicle was released in favour of the person concerned.
3Having regard to the submissions made by the learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed inthis petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel,miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shallstand closed.
