Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying thatin the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Courtwill be pleased to to issue a writ, order or direction more particularlyone in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the letter bearingNo.223/EC/D-EXPAN/DA/VSP/96, dt.15/4/2006 issued by therespondent, as illegal, arbitrary, and ultra virus of its powers andconsequently direct the respondent to drop all further proceedingsagainst the petitioner's land of an extent of 1517.50 Sq. M situated inSy.No.39 part of China Gantyada Village, Gajuwaka Mandal,Visakhapatnam District and pass such other order or orders as thishon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
